10 Tips to Reduce COVID-19 Anxiety

We know some of you may be experiencing more stress lately. Here are 10 Tips to Reduce COVID-19 Anxiety:

1) Stay In and be smart and safe. Rather be safe than sorry.

2) Focus on your mental wellbeing. Now is the time to rest, relax, refocus and restructure.

3) Evaluate your own health behaviors and be a model for others, including children.

4) Turn on reputable sources for your news.

5) Let wisdom and logic guide you.

6) Pick up an activity: yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong etc. and do it for the entire lock down. It takes 21 days to form a habit, use this time for your leverage.

7) Be kind to others. Your heart is big. We are all in this together.

8) Focus on your family. If anything, this pandemic has brought us closer.

9) Always look for the positives in each day. Be thankful we are still alive.
